FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE NATIONAL ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUtors Association (NEDA) is making its latest salary and incentive survey available to companies that did not participate in it. The NEDA Compensation Survey, conducted every other year, tracks such information as incentive plans, statistical analysis, regression analysis and an appendix of definitions, job titles and job descriptions. NEDA is also offering an abridged report on the six most-reported positions with specifics on compensation and statistics. The cost of the survey results varies depending on the size of the member company. Non-members are charged $5,000. In the past, the report was only available to those companies that participated in the survey.
